lol, can't beat honesty like that. It's fine, I just don't want to have all these gods dead and still have dozens around. The idea is to have huge gaps in the normal cosmology of gods.

I agree... she could be the sole surviving memeber of the elven pantheon... absorbing much of their energy into herself... etc... and so on... and so forth....

Everyone has a pupose, a reason to keep going. Motivation is very important for apprentices and for uber dieties. Plus, I think it really addn a piece of mystery (and now that I think about really sounds like what the did on B5 with Minbarri souls going to the humans.).
