Tiredly entering

Lorinal cracks the door open to the Tower's Shard and slips in quietly. Glancing around he moves gracefully across the floor with light motions. Finding an empty table he quickly slips into the seat, putting his travel worn backpack down and takes quick stock of what is happening in the room. His ambers eye reflect the light as he tries to, unsuccessfully, tame his mane of gray hair.

Kenn waves cheerfully.
"Party's over here, even if you don't like absinthe."

He holds his glass to the light for a moment, studying Kae through it. Or around it.
He shakes it critically for a moment to change the color.

"Kae, I'm very sorry, but green's just not your color. It makes your eyes look all red, for some reason."

"I have heard little of Droaam. What is it people hear of it?"

"They hear that it is peopled by monsters and savages, ruled over by hags. As it happens, the rumors are surprisingly accurate."

Kae smiles over at the newcomer, adding a small wave of her own to Kenn's livelier one.

She gives a laugh ringing with mock-offence at Kenn's comment , one hand sweeping her hair back as she playfully strikes an alluring pose as if to give the lie to the critique. "Come now," she coaxes purringly, "I think perhaps your tastes are just too staid and conservative."

Smiling at the warm greeting Lorinal kicks his backpack under an empty chair and joins the others.

"Thanks. I'm new to Sharn and just needed a place to sit down for awhile. I appreciate it. I'm Lorinal."

Kenn catches Kae's hand in both of his and slides off his chair to one knee before her.
"Alas, you wound me, my rose with a single thorn." he declaims.
"To think my taste offends thee!"
Kenn flutters his eyelashes outrageously at her, camping like a ranger in the Eldeen Reaches.

Mock despairing, he turns away, passing his chair to Lorinal so the newcomer can sit.
"I am desolate! I am lost!"
Kenn crosses behind Kae to get another chair and sit behind her. He twirls it around to sit backwards on it, then swoops his head close to Kae's.
"Besides, darling," he purrs back in Kae's ear, "You haven't tasted me yet."

Kenn winks and leans back on his seat.

"Sounds like a place to avoid," Arvin says.

Arvin sits back and watches the odd dance between Kae and Kenn. He waves a hand at Brews, who sends over another drink. He sits back and smiles, mug in hand, taking a sip, and watches.

"A good point," Kae replies with grave sincerity, her eyes wide with exaggerated concern. "It was most unfair of me. I hope you'll forgive me." She looks him up and down slowly, a devilish grin breaking her serious expression.

"So, which part would you recommend I taste first? And how should it be cooked? Please, don't try to cheat me with a second-rate cut; remember I come from Droaam, I'm quite a connoisseur when it comes to... man-eating."

She joins Arvin in motioning for another drink.

Kenn grins, but the grin does not reach his eyes.
"I've heard the ladies of Droaam say that to all the guys -- just not as sweetly as you."

'Excuse me just a moment," Lorinal says to his table companions, nodding at each of them.

Getting up he goes to the person, Brews, that has been pointed out to him.

"Excuse me, I am named Lorinal of Eldeen Reaches. I was hoping to find somewhere to rest and get a few bites to eat. I recently left the Monastery to see the sights of the world and see what my role in this life is."

Enter Zook

Zook Archizald walks into the tavern with a few books and he goes to sit down at an empty table to look over some of his latest findings. He begins lookingthroguh a book, almost with a look of glee on his face as he orders a drink and some cheese. He then begins turning the pages again looking happy as can be, thoguh he does appear to be eyeing the party , thoguh trying vainlyto conceal it.
