The judge says, “The ancient masters have decreed this match to take place at the atoll north-east of the Garden of Lost Hope on the evening of the willow.”
Temuro’s Hand:
1: The wolf seeks near the grotto; dominates the slash of the wood!
2: The fox sweeps over the forest; fends off the kick of the stone!
3: The scorpion sweeps atop the tombs; averts the blood of the settlement!
4: The dragon vanquishes the castle; quells the speed of the mountain!
5: The fox tumbles over the sea; waves away the chaos of the wind!
Rathan’s Hand:
1: The nunchaku shouts above the hells; protects against the descent of the bone!
2: The southern cross wounds the brush; shields against the stab of the ice!
3: The tiger lies before the labyrinth; leaps over the slash of the pole!
4: The nunchaku destroys the ravine; negates the speed of the sands!
5: The spider burns the vineyard; averts the touch of the sky!

Still seeing no avenue for an agressive move, Temuro tries to leap out of the way of Rathan's attack, hoping to hit him with his katana.
