Shield Bashing

Am I reading this right?
Agile shield bash replaces the penalties with -2/-2
TWF reduces the penalties by 2/6.

If I add a+b I get the bonus being 0/+4 if you had both feats, and were playing as writen. Rue the Shield Bash!! Of course I don't think many DM's would allow that.

Reducing a penalty never produces a positive modifier. Hence +0/+0 or -0/-0 depending on how you want to express it.

Now you could argue that the left over reduction of 4 could be used to offset penalty you get on the second attack you get with your off hand weapon with Improved Two Weapon Fighting, but again I think that's probably taking liberties.
