additional suggestions
# You could also take that feat that grants you a martial adept manuver, and use it to take the Child of Shadow stance, granting you concealment until your next turn whenever you move at least 10 ft during your turn.
# If your character has taken Dodge for some reason, perhaps swapping it for Expeditious Dodge (RotW) would be a better choice, granting you a +2 dodge bonus to AC until your next turn, when moving at least 40 ft. during your turn.

# Use a Valorous weapon (+1 ability) (UE, pg. 54) to double the damage you deal on a charge attack.
# Plus, there is an exotic 2-handed hammer associated with minotaurs in MM4 or MM5 that has a threat range of 19-20/x4 ....combine this with Abyssal Bloodiron (PlanarHB) for an additional +4 on critical hit confirmations. Make this weapon, your valorous weapon.
# If using an orc or half-orc, take the Headlong Rush feat
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20030301a to double your damage again on a charge attack. (For x3 damage using a valorus weapon.)
Although, to use this feat, I would suggest also taking Expeditious Dodge and Mobility, although a little Karmic Strike might be interesting, especially when combined with the Cleaving charge of a streetfighter barbarian (see next).

# If going full core barbarian, the streetfighter barbarian varient
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20070228a is a pretty nasty, charging at quadruple speed and cleaving as he goes, not to mention improving your critical threat range even further.
# In this case, I would also consider taking Fleet of Foot (CW) to gain a second 90° turn while charging, ...as well as taking the feat that grants you a martial adept manuver, and use it to take the Step of the Wind stance, which would allow you to ignore difficult terrain that would otherwise inhibit charging.
# Plus, when fighting one enemy using this set up, you can back up 10 feet, take two 90° turns, and come back 10 feet for a charge attack.
