A list of places and NPCs within Sigil culled from 2e and 4e sources. Extremely useful and not a ton to have to read. Useful out of the box. It doesn’t have stats or art but things like the monster books and Forge of Foes will make that easy. Only other thing is a reference to what the entry is referenced from.
And a link from locations to the NPCs, but the TOC is helpful.

There is also this doc which is complimentary and has more, but is missing some things the dmsgid book has. Plus the focus is a little different and I’m not sure it has places outside I’d Sigil.
But it has references!
