I think the problem is that the housecast is "broken".

They already are. (Nerfed, that is.) Compare their Dex score with the average Dex of a Tiny animal (see the tables in the introduction of MM2, or in the Recipe for Disaster Dragon article). Compare it with the Dex score of a dog.

I think that individual is actually holding a medium size (not in the D&D sense) dog with a cat PS's on top of it. The tail looks like that of a dog, but it almost hangs right for it to look like it belongs to that cat, however the shape just isn't quite right.

Personally I've always wanted to start a breed of giant house cats. Of course now I'm giving away part of my evil plan to take over the world. :cool:
