IF THERE WAS NO WAY THAT A MIRACLE COULD GRANT THE INCREASE THEN IT WOULD NOT BE LISTED AS A PREREQ FOR THE TOME OR MANUAL...

IF you could come up with an argument as to WHY Miracle cannot grant an ability score increase you WOULD be doing that, but since YOU cannot come up with anything other than a personal attack that leads me to beleive that you are indeed an IDIOT.

Anyone that had posted in this thread for ANY other reason than to argue GAME MECHANICS is a FLAMER...
