A friend of mine is running a feral half elf barbarian. as a prestige class he's taking heir of siberys (Eberron) due to his half elf nature, he takes the storm of vengeance SLA.

DEX: 10 (+2) (+1 due to level)
CON: 20
INT: 8
WIS: 10
CHA: 6

(improved natural attack or vow of poverty at ecl 10)

With 11 levels occupied, (7 Barbarian, 1 feral, (3 siberys which he takes at ecl 12) what is the optimized build for the rest of the levels? ALso what recomended feats due to the additional three picked up by siberys?

If I'm reading this correctly, you are building a half-elf who has all three levels in Heir of Siberys. That's an ECL of 16 because you need to have attained 12th level before you can enter HoS. You have 7 levels of barb, and need to come up with 5 more levels of something else.

Not sure what you want to do there. If you take VoP, you have a bunch of Exalted Feats you get to take, but this restricts a lot of other choices.

Yes on all accounts. I showed him VoP, and he'd like to use his claws as his weapons. With VoP and Imp. Natural Attack, he 2d6+Str x 8.
He likes the idea of Bear Warrior for flavor, but any suggestions are welcome. Bear Warrior is quite good.
