Sickened Condition- where is the rule?

Help. I need a quick pointer to the rule that explains the condition "sickened." The stuff that ghouls do and the Ghoul touch spell.

I must be blind but I can't find it.

DMG, page 301. -2 penalty on all attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checks. Basically -2 on everything except caster level checks.
