Silverback pauses. "If the freedom and sinewy stength of the vine fails," he thinks as he begins a seemingly non-threateningly kata with more grace than one of his size would apear to have, "maybe the rose will prevail.. after all, every rose has it's thorn!" With that, he strikes, then falls back in a defensive stance.

The rose petal strikes higher than the hells; fends off the assailment of the teardrop!
 

The dagger ravages the river; averts the storm of the dark sunbeam in addition, it secretly dodges the chi of the shadow!

Darkwolf ponders a moment dodging Silverback's blows.
"Yes, however even the tree falls before the raging river nor does a vine withstand a dagger very long."
