I have to express my objection to the weekend of the 20th. My anniversary is on the 22nd and I will likely be out of town. This will be non-negotiable as my wife will be in the third trimester of our first pregnancy. I will not mess with the pregnant woman on our anniversary. I would prefer something earlier in March like the 6th or 13th.

Would earlier in March be better for everyone? Or do we really need to keep it near the end of March?

I'd reaaaally like some consensus before I book the room.

Earlier is also fine. I've nothing planned this far in advance anyway, so all those weekends are free.

As far as I know, just about any time in March should be good for me. I guess a lot will depend on how many people will make it, but how many games do we want to plan on having?

20th is my only available date unfortunately but I side with MR. Fett on the wife issue, having recently gone through similar experiences.

OK - at this point, I'm going to check availability for both March 13th and March 20th. If one of those dates turns out to be bad for the hall, then we'll automatically get the other.

However, since I think its best to make the date the one thats the best for the most people, let's do a final informal poll - 13th or 20th?
