Hmmmmm.

I used to be on RPG.net a lot, until they banned me. (They really hold a grudge, too). Still read the reviews there, but I can't read the comments

Gaming report is good for the news.

Yog-Sothoth for the CoC stuff

Goodman & Necromaner Games's sites.

Mostly just ENWorld and Necromancer Games.

Rarely, though, I will stop by:
- WotC (though only when I see something on the front page of ENWorld)
- Paizo (for Dungeon mag stuff)
- Candlekeep (for the rare FR update that I didn't know already)

Of course the WotC site.

Wolfgang Bauers Open Design site (as I'm a patron, and the amount of information is astounding.

A number of designer's blogs and webpages, at least the ones who have at least semi-regular updates. Notably Monte Cook, Wolfgang Bauer, Matt Forbeck, Bruce Cordell (although most updates are political in nature, Mike Mearls, Ari Marmell & Robin Laws.)

Paizo's - Browsing forums for the occasional thread worth reading and hoping for a Dungeon supplement update.

One of my local gamestores site & forum.

For other games the various Realmsworx forums (regularly since I'm an admin there), the WizKids site and a handful of misc sites that get semi-regular attention.
