I have seen footage on the A&E station of Kareem Abdul Jabar fighting in a martial arts fight with Bruce Lee. Kareem deffinately had reach. In the the world of 'sports entertainment' the Big Show at 7'2'' 500lbs, I would argue, deffinately deserves the descripter 'Large'. Some humans in the real world would have the Large size category. The only problem, in the DnD world, is how to balance it. I toyed around with the idea of having a feat that made you count as large, but I don't think it would be balanced.

More basketball large men

In "Conan the Destoyer", there's another basketball legend, "Wilt Chamberlain" playing another fighter, I haven't seen it for a long long time, but he's ENOURMOUS !!! Even though he plays a sort of hunchback bend-over character most of the time, he literally dwarves poor Arnold.
