Skill requirement for a Druid/Heirophant.

Sammael is correct on both sources. If you are only using core rules, neither option may be relevant. But, just for interest, here is the link to the (free!) racial levels:

Essentially, the idea is that each core race has basic traits which define each of them, and as a character advances instead of focusing on new skills, abilities, etc. associated with a class, he might instead focus on leveraging his own inherent racial traits. So, along with a hit die, he will gain abilities which make logical sense within the context of the core race traits. Think of it as core race characters advancing as monsters do in Savage Species. It is a pretty cool concept IMO.
