Skill Utilities and Their Impact on Play

OK here is one I would like to have interpreted... either that or I would like some decent non magical flavoring

OK I thought of not entirely magical flavor... its a ninja cloud trick using all natural substances, the ones most available clump badly if kept too long so its a once a day the ones that last longer are rare enough shrug once a day works fine, and you also predict the winds movement or might use a cape to supplement the wind to get it to go where you want and stay aloft.

You could reflavor it as a sort of illusion too.
