Just a comment.
In the new forums, there are only two skins available. The traditional black was always my second choice on the old forums so I basically don't mind it, but it has one really annoying feature - when I post, half the controls that are supposed to be on top of the post are invisible or look very strange, because they're trying to show up in black on a black background. Is there any way that could be changed?
As for the white one, it might be preferable to the black if not for the fact that the text is grey rather than black; that lack of contrast makes it inordinately hard to read.
FTR, I preferred the silver/greyish skin that used to be available (except that it made modtext somewhat hard to read).
