My fiancée and I recently purchased two new cell phones (Sony Ericsson W300i's) that feature Bluetooth. We've already had a lot of fun transferring pictures and contact information via Bluetooth. Also, we've been paying for Unlimited SkypeOut on an annual basis and using it for our long distance calls ($35 CDN a year beats any price, and it covers calls to Canada and the US). Our only problem is that my headset is several years old and falling apart. I'm loathe to purchase a new headset just so I can use Skype, so an idea hit me. What I'd like to do is this:
1) Purchase a Bluetooth USB dongle adapter.
2) Pair my cell phone to my computer in a manner that recognizes it as a sound input/output device.
3) Configure Skype to use the cell phone for sound input and output.
Anyone know offhand if something like this is possible?
