Slashing and bludgeoning weapon

The executioner's mace is the weapon of choice for clerics of Kyuss. It's a two-handed martial melee weapon which does bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage, depending on how the character wishes to use it. It looks like a morning star with an axe-blade welded to one side of the head and a pick welded to the other.

Dmg: 1d10 (S) or 2d6 (M)
Crit: x3

Its game stats are set out in one of the later Age of Worms adventure path adventures.

As mentioned by some, there are several "Bludgeoning or Slashing" weapons but I cannot think of any "Bludgeoning and Slashing" artificial weapons in current 3.5e supplements.

But some natural weapons does "Bludgeoning and Slashing" or even "Bludgeoning, piercing and Slashing" damages.

Read P,312 "Natural Weapons" in MM 3.5e. Bite attacks inflicts "Bludgeoning, piercing and Slashing" damages and thus very useful, if you play a druid or a monster character and don't hesitate to bite undead monsters. It also says that some tentacles inflicts "Bludgeoning and Slashing" damages but does not specify any.

By the way, It is off-topic. But I am a Japanese. And have some knowledge regarding Japanese history and combat arts (both actual styles and weapons in our history and fictional ones). But I have never heard of anything called "Kawanaga". Where did that "Japanese" weapon originally come from? Googling the image for "kawanaga", it seems like a typo for "Kaginawa" (rope with grappling hook) or something. And that one is not a weapon. Climbing tool just as western equivalents are.
