OOC: As far as we know, how far is the nearest town who could accept a group of kobold prisoner?
(The nearest cities that would be likely to accept them as prisoners would propably be Allimon or Lathirn, each about 80 miles away.)

Katherine nods and says, (elven then dwarven) "If need be, I will accompany any prisoners to allimon to help assure our new friend's safety. Now let's form a perimiter while Opale explains the new facts of life to our other new friends..."

ooc: [sblock]to be terribly metagamy if we do still have prisoners at the conclusion of this, we should do a rolecall to see if we've lost any players. if so, their characters could conviniently volunteer for guard duty. In any case, lets do this.[/sblock]

Opale says in elven, repeating in dwarven.

[SBLOCK]"We have a majority it seems."[/SBLOCK]

When that's done, she waits that everyone is placed, ready in case they choose fight. She decide not to be too close of any kobold in case they react fastly. She takes some times to remember the spells she has left in memory before starting to talk to Z'zess in Common.

"Sorry to have let you wait, Z'zess, but we had to discuss a bit about the situation. I will be honest with you, as you seems to be a reasonable kobold, far from what may think any softskins, more than most of them can be too. I think you might even knows what have leak from that discussion. We are no friend to Eskaron, and the reason we have come here is the same reason that make our group attack without warning. Because of these reasons, we can't let you return to Grenton, or it will compromise our goals. Some have suggested to simply get rid of your group by killing you, but we have told we would not harm you, so it let us no other choice than to take you as prisoner. Surrender your weapons, and you and your wounded will be carried to a village, where you will be surrender to the authorities, and your wounded taken care. It is the only option we have to offer you, and that would prevent any of your men to suffer any more uselessly. I know that you can see the wisdom of that offer, so please, accept it."

Quarion Holimion, Elven Druid

At Opale's calm, diplomatic words, Quarion immediately turns fully inward and draws his bow, with Garma growling at his side.
