Slayer Damage Bonus

Sadly I still haven't got the Essential Books (except the Red Box) but I'm really curious about the Slayer so I ask those who have it:

How does the damage Bonus progress? I know it starts with Dex-modifier, but when and how does it increase?

I'm not sure if I have explained it well (English is not my native language), so I will try it with an example ... a Sorcerer add's a Secondary Attribute to the damage Rolls, which increases at Paragon (+2) and Epic (+4) Tier to keep up with the other Strikers. Does the Slayers Dex+Bonus to Damage also increase and if yes, how?

Yes, it increases; 2+Dex mod @ Level 5, 5+Dex mod @ Level 15; 8+Dex mod @ Level 25.
