I mean really? Why not Chancellor, or Prime Minister, or Supream Commander? We're in the business of publishing for fantasy (mostly at least...) so why not High Wizard? Grand Master? Court Magus? Overlord? Come up with some interesting titles people! President is so overused.

Because Grand Exalted Imperial Almighty Omnipotent Invincible Stomper is traditionally too freakin' long to fit on one's business card?
