Slime Domain (& others in FR)

Hm, I believe this is in FRCS, right? Can anyone gimme a list of the spells? And I assume that the granted power is to rebuke/command oozes?

More importantly, what do you folks who have the FRCS think of the domains in there? I've glanced at it but since I don't play FR I'm not likely to buy it, but I do like some of the ideas (like the elf, dwarf, etc. racial domains). Are they more or less balanced?

Just curious, I was working up a list of domains I need to create/swipe for my campaign. Are any of these already out there somewhere:

Agriculture, Intellect, Prosperity, Peace, Misfortune, Trade, Beauty, Home, Wilderness, Civilization, Lightning, Art, Honor, Food, Secrets, Truth, Lies, Fertility, Oaths, Property.

I already have the following detailed imc (some appear in D&Dg or dotf but mine are different and came first): Apathy, Astral, Authority, Balance, Charm, Creation, Darkness, Hate, Light, Love, Perversion, Thought, Time.

Anyone up for a general discussion on what's missing from the domain lists?

(Maybe I should have put this on the rules or house rules forum, but it seems to fall under both so I put it in general- moderators, if you feel it's warranted, feel free to move it...)

The slimes domain is simple the best. Other people might talk about elf or time, but no one understands the true power of the Ooze.

Jester, i certainly don't think FR domains are imbalanced, especially when you compare domain powers that grant a feat (like the afore mentioned elf and time) to a domain power like death touch (death domain, PH).

Actually, I don't think the domains in FR are too powerful. People over estimate the power of a feat or they are to used to the min maxers of the world.

trade: power - detect thoughts once per day (spell-like abilty), affects one target, last for (Cha bonus) in minutes, activation is a free action

Hey, thanks folks!

As I work up my (new) custom domains I'll prolly post 'em on the House Rules forum for feedback. Some of them are kinda tricky (what am I gonna do for Fertility spells, f'rex? This might bring up the kind of discussion the spells in the sealed section of the new Dragon has ) but that's why I'm not afraid to make new spells.

Has anyone else worked up any kind of Neutrality domain or domains, by the way? (Mine are Balance and Apathy.) It just doesn't seem fair that all the other alignments get domains.

You know, you ought to consider buying the FRCS. Even if you don't play in the Realms, it's got a ton of great ideas to rip off/be inspired by.

The weekend it came out I was at Marcon, a local convention. On Sunday, the last day of the Con, I picked it up for 20$ because the guy had too much to take with him. Conventions rock.

Well, I considered buying it, but for the VERY limited amount of stuff I might use in it, it's not even worth $20. I have a friend with it (Captain Clambake's player in my story hour) but it's just not worth the price to me.
