Well the fact that Wizards is closing their retail stores dosn't help. Cause I myself want the XPH. But it looks like I may have to wait a while, which sucks. But an update to 3.5 sounds good. But you do know then that you would need to give them an ECL right? All 3.5 monsters have one, even most of the dragons. Sliver characters, oh the power of cheese...

Actually, I don't have to give them an ECL.... Especially considering only about half of the creatures in the Revised MM actually has an ECL. And slivers are definetly not suitable as player characters. But then again, there is the half-sliver template I am working on...

i think that single over-dominant male idea is ok. ofcorse i always thought the overlord would be like a bred weapon against rival hives (mainly cus of the dominating effect). like if two hives[ heavan forbid] started a war for reasorces or territory the two would have 1-2 maybe 3 overlords ment to turn the tables in a battle. it would work somthing via that hormonal thing krish spoke of a while back(love reading.) and to make a 'fair' war weapon they could be immune their own effect. i don't know thats just what i pictured.

http://www.magicthegathering.com has most info on slivers, other than the cards themselves, and of course, the mtgnovel: Monster of Magic (which sports the sliver queen on the cover).

Heres a Question that Came up here

I am going to start an underdark Campaign, and i was to include the First Bunch of slivers. Now the question was ( and i think a vote should be inorder or something but this is for krish's versions) would a slivers brain be palitable to an Illithid/ Mind Flayer? i think not but I'm also nun too sure so i ask.
