Concept: an spellcaster firing as many missles as possible. Limits: 16th level character
There is a spell call Flame Bolt in Relics and Rituals that would work well for this purpose. It works just like magic missle, except there is no missle cap, it includes 1 more missle than MM, and you have to roll to hit.
So, right now I am thinking Evoker 16, using twined flame bolts, 3.0 hasted, quickend, and using Imbue Familar with Spell Ability.
So, in 1 round:
2 quickend empowered Flame Bolts (caster and familar)
4 twinned empowered Flame Bolts (caster standard and hasted, dito familar)
Each Flame Bolt from this caster deals 9d4+9, so all those spells would end up at (54d4+54)*1.5, or 283.5 damage if they all hit.
Now the question to all the powergamers is: how can I get more? I haven't addressed stuff, which comes out to more than 200,000 gp. The question to the lawers: is this even possible.
