Holy Frak. I saw a Season 1 episode the other day , and then just last night Lazarus. It's hard to believe its even the same show!.
It was interesting to see Lex Luthor starting to get some plot lines again, but I think the producers are fooling themselves if they thinks that Michael R is ever going to come back to reprise the role. Will never happen.
First thing else I noticed was how small the primary cast is this series. There are essentially 4 characters: Clark, Oliver, Lois and Tess. Chloe is only going to be in 5 eps this season so we can hardly call her a primary character. That means that tension and storyline creation is going to be left to the plethora of external sources.. whether that be Hawkman or other. The use of Terence Stamp by the producers and Jor El continues to provide a bedrock to the show also, however the perpetual adverseral relationship this version provides has never entirely won me over.
