smurfs d20?

in an on-line diceless ruleless (yet surprisingly balanced) RPG I frequent one of my characters killed Papa Smurf (who turned out to be some sort of weird-ass demon.)

It could be done though

The Smurfs would be tiny creatures with a hive mind, say level 1-3 commoners with 2 hitdice (Smurfs are tough)

Each Smurf would have 1 feat a stchick or 1 high stat at 14 the rest would be 8-12

Alignment Lawful something ll let you decide the other part

Gargamel would be either a Wizard or better Alchemist (from Swashbuckling Adventures) with a cat familiar

Papa Smurf is an Adept and Grand Pa Smurf has levels in an adventuring class

Easy and in a sick way kind of fun--- I get to play Gargamel "I'll get you wretchid Smurfs"

Anyone want to see Gargamel as a 3e more serious 3e character?

Some of you might freak out at this next one: A friend of mine is currently DM'ing a "Hanna-Barbara" d20 game.

It's not strictly Hanna-Barbara - there are Thunderans running around, as well as Paxons (think 3-dimensional Pac-men). There are also Bird-Men, various Herculoids creatures, and EVEN Skeletor and Evil Lynn running around as main villains.

The scary part is - the rules he came up with aren't bad. :D

I currently play a Paxon Priest, by the name of Adams. (Kudoes to anyone who can find for me the actual name of Douglas Adams' little signature green guy.)

We have smurfs in the campaign, who can become quite powerful enchanters. One player in our group runs a smurf, who rides in a little smurf-sized hot air balloon basket underneath me, thereby increasing his move rate, and at the same time bolstering my defensive capability. :)

my friend once included the smurfs in his homemade RPG, resulting in characters such as "assassin smurf"...
