Sneak Attack Charger

:D Yep essentially doubling my movement speed and should I wield two shortswords or a longsword/shortsword or what? (I can wield two different weapons later on because of the Tempest's ability to use Weapon Focus or Imp. Critical on two weapons but that is much later)

So Barbarian 1/Scout 1/Ranger X/Tempest 5/Ranger Y? (won't calculate X or Y)

EDIT: Waiting until 4th to get Two-Weapon Fighting is bad so I suppose it would be

Barbarian 1/Ranger 1/Scout 6/Tempest 5/Scout Y? (will calculate Y soon)

EDIT 2: I have been checking the build and I don't get 30" Fast Movement if I want Lion Totem's Pounce and I don't take Ranger 6th so I only get 10" from Scout :( but anything is better than nothing

EDIT 3: Am I right in assuming I won't have a BAB=6 until Level 8? wow, and Fort= 6,Reflex= 7,Will=2 by then? and so Tempest at 9th (I need more feats :( )

EDIT 4: I have been looking over Dervish and it makes Scimitars light weapons, does this include Great Scimitars (with the Exotic Weapon Proficiency) from Sandstorm?

Your BAB will somewhat depend on whether your DM allows partial BAB. It's covered at Save My Game: Basic Attack Bonuses.

Hint: Your DM is a gigantic smeghead if (s)he doesn't allow it. With a Scout though, you'll be behind on BAB since it's 3/4.

Dervish won't make Great Scimitars light weapons, just regular ones.

A Scout's Fast Movement is sadly an enhancement bonus, meaning it won't stack with something like Boots of Striding or any other enhancement bonuses like Haste.

I'm not sure if you should worry about using two different weapons. The difference will only be 2 or 3 average weapon damage at most, which won't be noticeable even on crits.

Think hard on whether you want Scout instead of Ranger. You want damage, which means you'll want the extra attacks ASAP. The spells are also extremely handy. Swift Haste, anyone?

Difficult terrain and other obstacles can be avoided on a charge with the Jump and Tumble skills too, as per the rules on page 27 of the Rules Compendium. In many ways that negates the Scout's Flawless Stride ability. Camouflage can be handy, but with a Swift Hunter charge setup you probably won't get much from it.

I suppose I could pick the Archery Combat Style and just pick the 2WF feats myself, difficult terrain can be avoided by Leap Attack feat, as for Spellcasting it does sound good but the Ranger's comes too late and I would prefer some of the bonuses granted by giving up spellcasting (though I will look at some good Ranger spells I just doubt I will use many of them)
