So, how would YOU make a ECL 100 character?

ECL is for calculating level as a player. CR is just calculating threat level for xp. Combat threat and PC level value can be two significantly different figures for non PH races.
Well buggery. I'd still ask my DM to let me do it. We're talking about level 100 characters. It wouldn't be so overpowered.

Also, Elvis could be around level 100 easily. All he needs is a 90 on is perform check to make most people fanatical. And with his gobs of charisma and enchanted rhinestone jumpsuit of charisma +10 and masterwork guitar, it'd be easy enough to do for people unfriendly to him as well.
 




I'd take a 20th level red dragon from Dragon mag #332. Paragon creature template as well as Half-feind (just for flavor and spell like abilities) for ECL 39. 15 levels in wizard and 5 in archmage for an ECL of 59. Rogue 20, Assassin 1, Shadowdancer 10, and Horizon Walker 10 for an ECl of 100.
