Necromancer's Legacy should be out in the next 2 weeks, it is the print version of the highly acclaimed Ambient product Gar'Udock. It is a great mix of new spells and stuff and a great back story, Ambient has ooutdone themselves.

It seems that almost everyone who has played through "If Thoughts Could Kill" has managed to leave the psionic paradigms intact, thus not allowing Tulmercy the chance to change the paradigm replacing Metacreativity with his own Psionic Necromancy discipline. (Thus making psionic necromancers pretty close to impossible to do well)

I've been asking around for the past few months on many boards to see if anyone has experienced a changed psionic paradigm because of this product, and the answer has always been silence or "no". (I've been looking for help, since our game HAS had a massive change, with Telepathy being replaced by PsiNatural).

You will now witness "The HellHound Dance-of-Joy" (tm, all rights reserved, some patents pending, not for use with some gamers, heel-clicks not included)

Salutations,

For anyone familiar with the Al-Qadim Sha'ir's Handbook - do any of the necromancer books have a PrC or base class similar to the Ghul Lord?

Thank you

now that Hollowfaust is out

What do you mean "now that Hollowfaust is out"? It came out a long time ago. It was the second city/regional sourcebook for the scarred lands around the same time as mithril. Has there been a second edition already?

Let's see there is Hollowfaust, Gar'Udock, Green Ronin's Necromancer Handbook, and Mongoose's Acane Encyclopedia Necromancy, as well as a ton of necromancy spells and prestige classes in general magic sourcebooks like relics and rituals and tome and blood. So there is a bunch of support material for the bad guy specialty.

I still haven't specialized, although my good wizard who travels with a paladin does have a number of necromancy spells and doesn't want to stop learning spells from the school.

Now that it has been out long enough for most people to become famaliar with it. I only got my copy about 3 months ago.

I am pleased that so many other necromancy supliments are coming out as well because the school of necromancy really got gutted in the change from 2e to 3e
