So what is your favorite Dungeon adventure, ever?

I can't remember the name, but one I really liked involved a library in the Forgotten Realms with rooms that shifted around and the place was filled with abishai; this was back in 2nd edition days.

That would be Ex Libris, from issue #29.

The adventure with the self-willed Skeletal Warrior is also my favorite. It was in issue #27, iirc, and is named, "A Rose for Talakara." I very much enjoyed this one. I'll need to drag that one out and find a way to implement it in my current campaign some how. Thanks for the reminder, Treebore.

I'll have to read that one, and The Matchmakers, as I have those issues and didn't pay much attention to them when reading through them...

I can't remember the name, but one I really liked involved a library in the Forgotten Realms with rooms that shifted around and the place was filled with abishai; this was back in 2nd edition days. I also enjoy "Deadly Treasure" from issue #41, which I ran recently for Hackmaster and again using 1e rules.

Ex Libris.
My 3e PCs are almost finished with this one. Last, room just need to bargain with the non-human adventurers I replaced the thieves with and get the last control page and get the hell out of Dodge.
They were not very motivated to move around--they were very cautious about it. I also opened up the rooms more, and had doors on all four sides.
I also replaced the plants in the hydroponics room with psionic plants from WotC and obliviax.

I love Dungeon magazine and get it every month, my only regret is that I don't have anywhere near a complete collection as I'm missing a lot of the early issues. As for favourite adventure I can't pick just one, so heres my short list (in no particular order) of the best:

Prison of the Firebringer
Abbey Isle
A Hot Day in L'Trel
Slave Vats of the Yuan-ti
The Lich Queens Beloved

Chadranther's Bane, from #18
The Curse and the Quest, from #26
Song of the Fens, from #40
Tallow's Deep, from #18

among many others that I loved from having read - but if I haven't run or played in them I did not list them.

I'm sorry, I'm not always very good at remembering publication numbers and whatnot.

The Quicksilver Hourglass was VERY good.

And MAdness Followed has to be one of my favorites!

Song of the Fens is very good, as is Khamsa's Folly.

I think my favorite one-shot in Dungeon has got to be Home Under The Range.

Easy one

Hands down the most fun I've ever had playing DND was the original Ravenloft stand alone adventure. Me and my brother played it in one sitting when we were 12 years old. It was a stormy day with lightning and we played by the fire until midnight. Ah...fond memories.

but my all time favorite is Trouble at Grog's from Dungeon #4

I remember DMing that one, back in the day. I sold that particular magazine on ebay when I was broke and trying to pay some bills. it was a sad day...

The Lich Queens Beloved was good, as was the Istivin: City of Shadows arc.
