So who's going to Gen Con?

I am, getting in Wednesday evening, leaving Monday afternoon. I hope to see people at the ENnies.

I know it's still early, but I'm excited, and I'm trying to plan a game or two to run. I've got four possible games in mind, depending on what people would be most interested in:

* A "PCs as goblins, trolls, and other monsters" game using something akin to Kiznit's Old School Hack rules.

* A game where you have to hunt down villains who stole your beer, again probably with OSH-esque rules.

* A fantasy horror dungeon crawl, something like The Descent meets Tomb of Horrors.

* And/or an FPS-mashup game using tweaked Gamma World 4e rules.



So, who'll be there? What have you got planned?

I'm driving in Tuesday and driving out Monday. Last year I did the week of Gen Con and it was great so I'm going to try to do that yearly from now on.

I'm running a 1e Tournment with XRP as an official event. It was great last year and expect it to be better this year. I'll be doing my Dresden Files off books games as well.

Gencon 2011 (and probably Gencon 2015) come too early in August for me to attend the full convention. I'll have to miss GMing this year and look forward to 2012. I've been going about half the years since 1976. There's a slim chance I might ba able to make it down for the ENnies on Friday and perhaps stay and play on Saturday for a couple of games. However, I might make it to Dragon Con for the first time ever this year Labor Day weekend. I also have yet to get to an Origins convention.

I'll be attending, and I'm bringing my entire gaming group this year. It's going to be LEGENDARY!

1. Beer thieves
2. Gamma World

4. Monster Party

Since the ZEITGEIST kickstarter game didn't happen, I'd still like the chance to get into one of your games.

My friends and I are driving up on Wednesday and coming back Sunday. I'm not running anything, but I am playing in a few games and have even managed to line up a few interviews for the podcast.
