(Or: Man, whatever, it's all D&D. You didn't enjoy it, go play what makes you happy.)

Unless I personally know the person I don't really care. Play and quit whatever you want, it doesn't really matter to me as long as your having fun.

If I do know the person I'll try to understand their reasons and then argue with them. It's fun to argue with friends about gaming.

Rolling my eyes and (in typical, but not all, cases) thinking either "good riddance" or "I'll believe it when I see it".

I'll argue or at least try to get at the person's reasons if I feel invested in both the person and the edition under attack, or if they say something in the course of doing so that seems so obviously wrong to me that I can't leave it alone (some of the reasons people give for this sort of thing are so bad that they'd be far better off saying "I don't really know why myself, I just don't like it"). But in most cases it's not a big deal to me.
