Not to be sinister, but I'm hoping to hear when their PSPs start overheating and flare up.

Hmm ... do PSP's use an internal battery? If so, maybe people SHOULD start to wonder.

I'm cautious of any internal battery that is not of standard battery size (AAA, AA, 9-volt, C, D, etc.). Granted, they may offer more power to last longer or is custom-fitted to a specific device, but I have never heard of standard battery, even those rechargeable NiCad and NiMH, explodes.

Yeah ... I know what you mean. I've only heard of the types you mentioned leaking.

Of course, they explode if you throw them in an open fire. Had some friends at summer camp way back when I was but a wee lad who tried it.
