That is a kind-of dragon-y thing, but I think maybe aquatic fits better due to the actual gills. Plus I don't think any of the other dragonets (pseudo- and faerie included) have elemental subtypes.

Aquatic and amphibious it is.

Like firedrakes, geyser dragons have hot and highly pressurized blood that erupts in a jet of boiling liquid and steam when the dragonet is struck by a sharp weapon. A character making a successful attack on the dragonet with a slashing or piercing melee weapon must make a successful saving throw vs. breath weapon or suffer 1d2 points of damage.

From the Tome of Horrors revised:

Pyrophoric Blood (Ex): A fire drake’s blood is highly flammable and ignites in a burst of flame upon contact with the air. A creature that makes a successful attack with a slashing or piercing weapon (including natural weapons) against a fire drake must succeed on a DC 13
Reflex save or take 1d3 points of fire damage from the splashing blood.

Slight rename/revision to better capture the differences in flavor:

Boiling Blood (Ex): A geyser dragon’s blood is highly pressurized and erupts in a burst of boiling liquid and steam upon contact with the air. A creature that makes a successful attack with a slashing or piercing weapon (including natural weapons) against a geyser dragon must succeed on a DC 12 Reflex save or take 1d3 points of fire damage from the splashing blood. The save DC is Constitution-based.

Look OK?

Also, found this to handle the fire avoidance discussed upthread...

Fire Tolerance (Ex): If a peluda is exposed to any effect that deals fire damage and normally allows it to attempt a save for half damage, it takes no damage on a successful saving throw and only half damage on a failed save.

Geyser dragons are 2 to 4 feet long and weigh x pounds. (A pseudodragon has a body about 1 foot long, with a 2-foot tail. It weights about 7 pounds.)

A geyser dragon can be acquired as a familiar by a xth-level arcane spellcaster with the Improved Familiar feat. (Pseudodragon is 7th...these are slightly better, so maybe 9th?)
