Base Class: The Healer gets to summon a Unicorn which gets stronger I believe. It is the worst class in the game though because guess what all you can do.
Prestige Classes:
Ashworm Dragoon
Skylord
Alagondian(?) Griffon Rider

Find the Wild Cohort feat, from D&D 3.x. It's on the WotC website.

Skylord and Beloved of Valarian from BoED give a special mount. The Beloved's unicorn doesn't improve too much.

A small Holy Liberator could ride its celestial companion.

Knight of the Blue Moon (Cities of Splendor: Waterdeep) also gets a special mount.

Other options would be to consider an animal companion. A small druid could ride their companion right out of the gate. If you can use an animal companion your options start to open up a lot more.

I'm asking because I'm interested in finding applications for the Arctic Cat as a PC mount. The text says it can be the special mount of a Paladin with some psionic multiclass. If I can find another class besides Paladin with a special mount feature (that is not limited to s specific animal) I might get more out of this critter.
