D&D 5E Speculation thread! Vecna? Giants UA?

It's way more primeval themed that GIANT themed. Has literally nothing to do with giants.
Its pet is giant sized. GIANT theme includes giant animals, not just giant humans.

The only thing primeval about it is the name. Any beastmaster can legally have a dinosaur pet, and perfectly modern creatures, such as a horse, are legitimate options for this class.

So, for those who didn't get my first post.

What was first module by TSR?

G1. Steading of the Hill Giant Chief.

Where was G1 set?
Greyhawk.

What was the first module series by TSR?
G1-G3, Against the Giants.

Where was Against the Giants set?
Greyhawk.

Who is the biggest baddie of them all?
Vecna.

And where is Vecna from?
Greyhawk.

Game.
Set.
Match.
#GREYHAWKCONFIRMED!
I see no flaws in this logic.
Also, First World. First fully published setting. Greyhawk confirmed

About Vecna I published something in Ravenloft reddit, and I have thought about to publish it here too.

Metaplot continued: Venca vs Dark Powers.

Vecna wants revenge against the Dark Powers, and he has a plan. He helped the dark lord Azalin Rex to try escape... and the success was partial. This caused the fragmentation of the Core. The previous dark lord of Falkovnia was killed by a time-traveler, causing an almost time paradox. But Azalin Rex isn't really free but his spark is within Hazlik.

Other ruse to cause more troubles is catching members of the cult of Tharizdun, the Elder Elemental Eye from the different places in the D&D multiverse, using the demiplane like the cosmic version of a nuclear graveyard. These are "creating" "abyssal genasies", and they can use elemental creatures against undead monsters.

There is a secret planar gate between the old Falkovnia, ruled by Vlad Drakov, and the new, the zombie apocalypse rule by Vladeska Drakov. There are also other secret planar gates to Innistrad.

The old "Core" hasn't disappeared really, but without their previous dark lords, and the control by the dark powers is weaker. There are more human(oid) population, but also more supernatural predators, because now it is a "bigger hunt zone".

It doesn't make sense for a giant book. Do you feel like a giant when your dwarfed by your pet?

It does make sense for a Primordial themed book (given that Dinosaurs are linked with Priomordiasl directly), which is to say, Giant themed. They are linked in D&D Lore...written by the guy who is leading this UA.

No, I feel like the pet is a giant.

I think you are projecting what you want to see onto the flimsiest of evidence. But hey, believe whatever you want to believe. Just don't come crying to me when you are disappointed.
