hi. does this spell look balanced for its level to you?

Level: Sor/Wiz 3, Rgr 3
Components: V,S,F

As message, except the targets are also granted a +10 competence bonus to Hide & Move Silent checks in natural environments (forest, desert, cavern, etc) when within range of the caster.

In my oppinion this spell sould be located in the second level. For convice yourself just compare this spell, with invisibility, Fog Cloud, ice knife or protection from arrow.

IMO, this spell should be located in House Rules.

Don't refer to other spells in your description; write it out and not verbatim. Keep it at third level unless you change the name and make it "Target: creature touched" and "grants (bonuses) to creature only when travesing their own natural environment." I.E. squirrel in the woods, lizard (apporpriate type) in the desert, bat in a cavern, etc. Maybe make versions at higher levels that allow creatures in environments in which they are not accustomed. I doubt a squirrel would do well in the desert.
