Well, consider the following:

1) Casting Spell Enhancer is equivalent to casting a Quickened spell (free action) [debatable I suppose, but reasonable].

2) You can only cast one Quickened spell per round (PHB, p. 84).

3) Spell Enhancer enhances the next spell you cast.

So if you cast two Spell Enhancers in a row, the first would enhance the second, doing nothing.

I have no idea what Spell Enhancer is, and I don't have the text of the Delay Spell feat in front of me, so this could be nonsense.

But what if you cast several Delayed Spell Enhancers, all scheduled to take effect simultaneously? Wouldn't they then all apply to the "next spell you cast"?

Whether they stack or not, I have no idea.
