Just a couple of points
1) I'm pretty sure you don't get iterative attacks with natural weapons. My personal opinion is that this ruling is stupid, but you might think differently.

2) I'm totally sure that you can't get more than 4 iterative attacks, regardless of your BAB

You missed out the extra hasted attack on the powered up form anyway, so it doesn't make much of a difference.

Yeah, I didn't clean up the write-up. It's a minor bug with the way DM Genie creates the stat-block. I always ignore it, so I tend to forget to correct the stat-block after the fact.

Not under 3.5, from what I can find in the SRD. I'll have to review the MM at home. AFAIK, advancing hit dice will give attack bonuses, but no further attacks. Adding class levels will give iterative attacks, but not with natural weapons, only with manufactured ones.
