Spells & Spellcraft is IN!!!

I'm hoping that the Open Game Exchange or Campaign get a copy for preview purposes and assigns it to me.

If not in a few weeks I'll have to pick it up. Cursed city of Chicago changed the times you can park in from of the school from 8 AM to 6 AM. Nice work on Daley's part to insure that there is no legal parking anywhere.

Haven't had much time to read it yet, but looks good. Looks like some great ways to add flavor and color to magic users. I'd say more but it's really getting time for bed.

So yes, I'm being a cruel tease.

Oops...

I showed up at my FLGS as they were opening their latest shipment, and to my pleasure it contained copies of Spells & Spellcraft. Since I have one spellcasting character and no deity characters in my game currently, I put back the copy of Deities and Demigods that I was leafing through and picked up this instead.

It looks great, as I have come to expect from FFG. I have encountered one glaring error, though - the stats for the animated rope and the rope golem examples in the Constructs chapter were both accidental reprints of the stats for the Coral Golem from Seafarer's Handbook...oops! It would be great if you could put the correct stats on your web page at some point.

Expect a review soon...

Oh my god! I can't believe I did that!

Errata will be posted on Monday. Please email me if you find any more errors. Here are the ones I know about:

Claws of the Demon is listed twice in the spell summaries. It should be a 1st level spell.

The Craft Greater Glyph Egg feat was left out of the book. Kinda makes the 4th-9th level glyph egg spell list look silly, eh?
