Spellweavers, what do you know about them?

The Dragon issue is #338. The ecology article is good, and there's a second article detailing a freaky spellweaver spellbook.

Both very good for what you want to do.

To my mind, Spellweavers go with weirdo magitech and pseudoscientific crystal doo-dads. I've long wanted to run an adventure that took Expedition to the Barrier Peaks and added Spellweavers.

you can buy pdf's from the Piazo website, or at least you could. Now that they don't have th license I don't know if you still can.

I've always been kind of fascinated by the Spellweavers. One of the few races that really manages to pull off 'alien' and 'sci fi' in a fantasy universe filled with multiple arms and magic. Also enjoyed the whole 'magic missile gatling gun' schtick.
