"Spirit of Healing" 6th Level Cleric Utility (DP) Q

If you are next to the spirit you get some HP back if you hit an enemy.

Can someone clarify what "Hit" means, does it mean you have to make some kind of standard action attack.

How does this work for example with the Fighter Utlility "Reign of Steel" I think its called.

This means the figher causes damage to each enemy next to him at the start of their turn.

But he is not rolling a TH roll, its automatic damage, and I guess as automatic hit ?

Would the fighter get HP back from this ?

"Hit" always means "rolled to attack and succeeded." Automatic damage is never a hit.

Note it applies each time you hit. So for Twin Strike, if you hit with both, you get HP back each hit. Ditto bursts/blasts/area.

I see in the new rules that its been nerfed.

To just Wis bonus and not double wis bonus.

Can you add anything else to this.

Nope,

Items have been nerfed to only grant bonus healing when the power allows the use of a healing surge.

Items have been nerfed to only grant bonus healing when the power allows the use of a healing surge.

No, Healer's Lore has been changed to only effect Surge-based healing. Every other +healing benefit remains the way it was.

So yes, Weapon of Healing will work just fine.
