Anyone watch last night's Alias?

I missed the season opener, so I have a couple of questions:

1 - Did understand correctly, Sloan is in charge of the "World Relief Organization" (or something of the sort)?

2 - Sidney assassinated the russian diplomat, who was the father of the spy they traded, when she was "out of commission", ie, during the period when she now remembers nothing? How'd her father find out?

3 - What's the agency that hijacked the prisoner exchange? I haven't watched much of the show, so maybe this is common knowledge. Appologies if it is.

1. WHO: World Health Organization

2. Yup, you've got it right. Jack found out during his obsessive search into Sydney's "death" when he managed to recover a security tape of Sydney cutting the guy's throat. It's how he knew for a fact that she hadn't died.

3. The National Security Council. They're this season's 'bad' goodguys thus far, like how the FBI held that post in season 1 and ditto the CIA director in season 2.
