I don't have the Book of Exalted Deeds on hand so I don't know the list. Usually unless it really says otherwise(Sand Shaper) is that it expands the list in which you derive your spells known. As for sanctified spells they are like corrupted spells in which need to be prepared, but both are spells in which usually deal some sort of ability damage to yourself.

as a note of curiousity, I noticed the Warmage with a fixed spell list, prestiged in Exalted Arcanist, produces an additional spell list of exalted spells and sanctified?

It's as [MENTION=97812]emoplato[/MENTION] said for the Ealted Arcanist additional spells, at each level you get to choose your new spells known from your regular list AND the Exalted Arcanist spells list. However, at level 5 of the PrC, you gain all the Sanctified Spells to your spells known list.
