Spot Distance Calculator?

There used to be a link here on ENWorld to an excel spot distance calculator. Does it still exist? If not, does anyone have the file and can they add it to the downloads/files section?

I already did that prior to asking the question - it shows up on a google search of enworld.cyberstreet.com, but the google cache doesn't exist. I think this is one of the hundreds of files that never got added when the download system was revamped.
