Arthaus has a license Deal with WotC to publish Ravenloft materials but it is like Kalamar, no OGC and so no srd on any of the material such as the many templates or horror mechanics.
Ravenloft products do not contain any new Open Game Content, so no, there isn't one. It's produced under a separate license than the d20 System License as well.
Ravenloft really hasn't released much in the way of "mechanics" or "crunchy bits". Most of the Ravenloft books are setting specific information and "fluff", so there isn't really much to be released in an SRD, even if Arthaus would produce one.
