Well, the Silent Spell feat states that a "spell can be cast with no verbal components". Technically, you would still need a verbal component to dismiss the spell, and for two reasons; 1) the original spell did in fact have a verbal component before it was metamagic'd, and 2) the Silent Spell feat does not say anything about you being able to ignore the verbal component for dismissal of a silent spell.
But, that's just the brainless ruleslawyer in me coming out. So, the answer to your question, IMO, is quite simply "Yes". I don't think that would go against the intent of the rules.
