Stacking effects on magical weapons

Is it possible to create a +1 flaming, cold, electricty longbow? or a sword for that matter? stacking all those three effects onto one weapon? it would be a hell lot better than making a +4 bow...

Yes you can.

Although you will find a lot of people who will suggest that - since flaming, frost, and shocking are all activated powers - that it only makes sense for one to be active at a time.

Yes, this is technically legal (tossing aside the possible fire/cold at the same time problem). But don't be too quick to think this is "better" than a +4 bow (or any other weapon). The extra enhancements do nothing for your hardness or hit points, or restrict what weapon can damage your except for +1 or better. This means your very expensive , super-cool bow (or whatever) is at extreme risk of getting sundered.

And anyone facing such a weapon should at least try and sunder it to eliminate the extreme threat.

So they (and maybe you as well) have a problem with the Energy Admixture feat from Tome & Blood as well?

I just want to point out that it specifically mention mixing cold into a fireball and doing both simultaneously.
