staking buffs

if any one is familiar with the "Pain is my Friend" feat i was wondering if it stacks with the bonuses granted a Barbarian while in a rage? in the description i read it didnt mention any restrictions like tis so i was just wondering. thanks for taking time to read and reply.

my dm sent us a link to The Net Book of Feats, and i was reading through it and found "Pain is my Friend," basically at the begining of battle you may deal 4 points of damage to yourself and in return you gain a +2 to strength and +2 to will saves. it is kinda a diet coke version of Barbarian Rage. and i was wondering if these bonuses would stack with eachother.

I would imagine that these give the same type of bonus and so wouldn't stack. I wouldn't use that feat, but if I did and it didn't specify what type of bonus it was I'd certainly classify it that way.
